This page explains the agreement between the property owner ("Seller") and Danny Jessop / DannySentMe ("Buyer").
Total agreed purchase price: $2,000
The $2,000 purchase includes the household goods, furniture, garage items, tools, equipment, safe, 2009 Honda Civic and other belongings discussed between the Buyer and Seller and shown in the photos and messages exchanged between them, except for the DeWalt miter saw, which is specifically excluded.
The items include, but are not limited to:
The 2009 Honda Civic is being purchased AS IS.
The Buyer understands that the vehicle may have normal wear, mechanical problems, cosmetic damage or other issues. The Seller does not promise that the vehicle is free from problems unless specifically stated in writing.
The vehicle purchase is included in the $2,000 agreement only if the Seller provides a valid, clean title that can legally be transferred to the Buyer at the time of the sale.
The Seller confirms that they have the legal right to sell the vehicle and that the title provided for transfer is valid.
The Buyer is purchasing the belongings in their current condition.
The Buyer understands that some items may need cleaning, repair or testing. Some items may work and some may not.
The Buyer accepts this risk as part of the purchase.
After the purchase is completed, the Buyer and Buyer's crew may enter the property at the agreed time to load and remove the purchased belongings.
The Buyer will be responsible for the work and cost of loading, moving and transporting the purchased items.
Both Buyer and Seller agree to use reasonable care during the removal process.
Ownership of each non-vehicle item transfers to the Buyer after the agreed $2,000 payment has been made and the item has been removed from the property.
For the 2009 Honda Civic, ownership transfers only after the agreed payment has been made and the Seller provides and properly signs over a valid, clean and legally transferable title to the Buyer.
Any purchased item that is accidentally left behind during the scheduled removal is still part of this agreement and remains the property of the Buyer, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise in writing.
After the items have been purchased and removed, the Buyer takes full responsibility for them.
The Buyer may keep, clean, repair, store, sell, donate, recycle or dispose of the purchased items.
Any money made later from selling the items belongs to the Buyer. Any loss, cost or problem connected with selling or disposing of the items is also the Buyer's responsibility.
Once an item has been paid for and removed from the property, the sale of that item is final.
The Seller cannot later ask for the item back or ask for additional money if the Buyer later sells the item for a profit.
The Buyer also cannot return an item to the Seller or ask for money back because an item does not work, is worth less than expected or cannot be resold.
This protects both sides and allows the transaction to be finished once the property has been transferred.
The Seller confirms that they own the belongings being sold or have the legal right to sell them.
The Seller will not knowingly include property that belongs to another person without permission.
Both sides understand that this is a bulk liquidation purchase. The Buyer is not paying the full possible resale value of each item.
In exchange, the Seller receives one agreed payment and the Buyer takes over the work of removing, moving, storing, cleaning, listing, selling, donating or disposing of the purchased belongings.
